why we matter? Better products come from better information. In 2025, we are refining our plot assessments to create more value for sellers and smarter decisions for buyers. Every assessment is designed to maximize potential, reduce risk, and deliver clarity. We don’t just provide data—we provide insights that drive better decisions.

Cost is the foundation of good design.
Cost isn’t a constraint—it’s the foundation of every great decision. We design with cost in mind from the start, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and long-term value. Our process favors bold, simple choices that remove complexity and strengthen design. The result? A faster, smarter, and more precise evaluation of every plot’s potential. We help sellers present their plots with a clear, strong assessment that highlights strategic value and attracts serious buyers. For buyers, this means knowing exactly what they’re investing in—no hidden risks, no uncertainty.

Mastering the fundamentals—no fancy stuff. Great products aren’t built on trends; they’re built on timeless principles. We focus on what doesn’t change—smart strategy, real numbers, and clear assessments. Complexity is a distraction. By stripping away the unnecessary, we create sharper, more valuable insights that help buyers and sellers make decisive, informed choices. We refine our assessments continuously, improving our process with every project. Every test sharpens our system. If something doesn’t work, we learn why and adjust. If it does, we improve and scale.

Ownership Mentality—Treating Every Plot as Our Own. We don’t just analyze plots—we think like investors. Every decision is approached as if it were our own land, our own capital, our own responsibility. We focus on the details that create real value—not vague reports or abstract analysis. A strong assessment isn’t just numbers; it’s a roadmap to better decisions. For buyers, this means a well-supported case for why a plot is a good investment (or why it isn’t). For sellers, it means positioning their property as an opportunity, not just a listing.  We don’t waste time on guesswork. Every report is clear, direct, and built to help you act with confidence.

What This Means for You. If you’re a buyer, you get a strategic, well-informed assessment—no surprises, no uncertainty. If you’re a seller, you get a strong, clear positioning that attracts serious buyers and maximizes your property’s value. If a decision needs to be made, our process ensures you have the right information at the right time.

Website as product. Shareholder letters format, colelction of products written as presented and talked abut. I am training storytelling of visions, risks, value potential and how houses are built. Teaching everybody that reads it simple and enjoyable to read and listen. This will become audiobook and plot letters book about each location on world that I will do projects. So its really just good writing and communicating, selling plots. Prouct is built around compounding knowledge of assessing plots and making sound investing decisions. Helping making better longterm decisions for plots and living.

I am thinking daily about the plots what can be done there, what life is possible. limitations of municipalities will become focus aparatus what really matters when creating certain typology. For now focus on weekend houses, residential and tourism typologies and options. This can really kill me when not knowing if all that I want to do can be done there according to municipality. All the rest is my architectural and construction knowledge that is independent from the knowing of limitations.

What is my moat?  Compounding knowledge. Clear, investor‑minded reports. Trust through plain, strong communication.  Municipality‑limitation expertise. Long‑term focus.

Munger-Arnold school

1 Show me the numbers, the real figures?  You talk about clarity, but where are the real figures? How much higher did a seller get because of your assessment? How much risk did a buyer avoid in CHF or EUR? Without numbers, it’s just tal

2 Your moat is still just an idea. You say you’re compounding knowledge. Prove it. Where’s the database? Where’s the unique system others can’t copy?
If someone else hires an architect and a lawyer, can they do the same as you? If yes, you don’t have a moat yet. Build it.

3 Simplify or die. Some of your writing drifts. Cut fluff. Would a busy investor understand your value in 10 seconds? If not, rewrite.

4 You’re thinking, but are you executing daily? Writing letters, recording audio, building a database—are you doing it every day? Don’t wait. Build the habit. Nobody cares about your idea if it’s not visible.

5 You say ‘ownership mentality.’ Then own it. If you say you treat every plot like your own, show that you’ve walked away from bad ones. Show discipline. If you never say no, people won’t believe you.

6 Stop overexplaining. Show results.  Post a before/after plot story with hard facts:
“Plot assessed, municipality check, costed. Result: sold in 6 months at +12% above average.” That sells. Not theories.

Selling direct and simple

1  One sentence value. “We turn raw plots into clear, proven investment cases—so you sell faster and buyers know exactly what they’re getting.”

2  Show proof. Have 2–3 short case studies ready. ‘Plot in X: our assessment cut risk, buyer acted in 3 weeks, sold at Y% above average.’

3 Sell with confidence. Email one person at a time. Plain text, no fluff. Attach the dossier. End with: “Would you like to meet and see how we can do the same for your plot?”

4 Build trust through teaching. Share snippets of your process online or in letters: municipality insights, cost lessons, typology wins. People buy from who they learn from.
